This morning I realized that the chicken was still frozen. Like a good American I googled myself out of my dilema. I loaded a crockpot with cooked 4 frozen chicken breasts, peruano beans, canned green chilis, enchilada sauce ( I made my own), half an onion chopped, a few sprigs of mint, powdered onion, powdered garlic, dried oregano, salt and one can of tomato paste. I set my crockpot to high for 5 hours and this was delicious with fresh salsa and garnished with radishes. Today I learned that frozen chicken had a remedy.
