This truly is way too easy! I am so glad that I did not know how to do this before because I would have really had my work cut out for me in the workout department. So, procede with caution :)
3 tbsp All purpose flour
1 1/2 tbsp unsweetened coco powder
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
3tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1tsp chocolate chips (optional)
- Add all your ingredients into a microwave safe mug and mix.
- Put into the microwave for 1 minute.
- When it stops start it for another minute and voila cake!!!!!
I was so glad that my sister came over yesterday and I was able to make her a mug cake. It was my last 3 tbsp of flour which means no sinning for me for a while.
